Using this site
The pages here describe the products we apply and the surfaces we apply them to. They are written to be accurate and we correct them when something changes, but they are general information, not advice about your particular roof or driveway. Do not act on a page here instead of getting the surface looked at.
The text, photographs and layout are ours or our suppliers’. Read them, print them, send them to whoever you like. Do not republish them as your own.
Quotes and prices
We do not publish prices for our own work anywhere on this site. The Ontario replacement range we cite comes from published roofing price guides and is not a quote from us. Every surface is different in size, condition and access, and a number written before anyone has seen it would be a guess.
What we give you instead is a written quote after a free on-site assessment. That quote is the price. Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing here forms a contract on its own.
Warranty
Product warranties on NuRoof shingle treatments are issued by GoNano, the manufacturer, not by us. The terms vary with the Roof Health Score GoNano assigns your roof at the assessment. We hand you the warranty document that applies to your job, and that document is what governs it.
Whether a surface qualifies
Not every roof or surface is a candidate. A roof may be too far gone, a substrate may be wrong for the product, or a repair may be needed first. We can only tell once we are on it, so nothing here is a promise that your property qualifies for any particular treatment.
Limits on what we are responsible for
We are responsible for the work we do and for doing it properly. We are not responsible for what you decide after reading this website, for the site being unavailable, or for anything that follows indirectly from using it. Nothing here takes away a right you have under Ontario consumer protection law, which applies whatever this page says.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.
